The role of a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Uline offers a dynamic and rewarding customer service experience. This full-time position comes with competitive pay ranging from $26 to $30 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. The role requires handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product and shipping information with accuracy and a service-minded approach. After an initial training shift from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, various shifts are available during the standard workweek. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience is a plus but if you are eager to learn, we will train you
  • bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
