We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and help train AI chatbots through direct interaction and creative input. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about AI development and are looking for a flexible work schedule. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage directly with AI chatbots by conducting conversations that measure their understanding and progress. Additionally, you will contribute by crafting original conversations designed to teach the AI what to say in various contexts, effectively acting as a developer’s partner in enhancing chatbot intelligence.

This position supports both full-time and part-time arrangements with the flexibility to choose projects that interest you and determine your own working hours, ranging typically from 5 to 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours should you desire more involvement. Payment is offered on an hourly basis, starting from $20.00 per hour, with additional bonuses awarded for high-quality and high-volume work, rewarding dedication and excellence. The work is conducted entirely remotely, providing convenience and ease of access regardless of location.
