The Customer Support Specialist role at Uline offers an excellent opportunity to be part of this dynamic team. With pay ranging from $27 to $32 per hour, including a $2 shift differential, this full-time position accommodates a schedule of 1:30 PM to 10 PM, covering four weekdays and one weekend day. Leveraging Uline’s advanced technology systems, you will process customer orders, handle inquiries, and become an expert on products, pricing, and shipping logistics. Your role will be pivotal to building strong relationships by communicating effectively through multiple platforms such as phone, email, and chat.
