Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience a plus but not required
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Ability to work full-time hours including weekends
- Ability to work on-site at California branch
- Reliable and professional work ethic

Job Duties
- Process customer orders using world-class technology
- Make product recommendations to customers
- Handle account inquiries efficiently
- Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend best solutions
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering system
