Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience a plus but not required
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Ability to work full-time hours including weekends
  • Ability to work on-site at California branch
  • Reliable and professional work ethic

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Process customer orders using world-class technology
  • Make product recommendations to customers
  • Handle account inquiries efficiently
  • Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend best solutions
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering system
