The Customer Support Specialist position at Uline offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting business growth. The pay range for this position is $27 to $32 per hour, including a $2 shift differential with significant growth and earning potential. The role is full-time and on-site, allowing employees to collaborate directly with motivated peers in a modern and supportive office environment.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be integral to ensuring every customer interaction upholds Uline’s legendary standard of service. Your primary responsibilities include processing customer orders efficiently, making informed product recommendations, and responding to account inquiries using the company’s advanced technology systems. You will become a product and solutions expert through comprehensive training, enabling you to confidently answer questions related to products, pricing, and shipping.

This role emphasizes building strong and lasting business relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will listen closely to customer needs and recommend the best Uline products and solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, you will assist customers in navigating Uline’s website and online ordering platform, ensuring their experience is smooth and trouble-free.
