The Customer Support Specialist position at Uline’s California Branch, located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA, invites motivated individuals to join a fast, friendly, and customer-focused team. This full-time role offers competitive pay ranging from $27 to $32 per hour, including a $2 shift differential, with significant growth and earning potential. The position works from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day, ensuring a balanced work schedule. Your ability to understand customer needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Helping customers navigate Uline’s user-friendly website and online ordering system will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring customers can easily access the products and information they need. Benefits including comprehensive health insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays, and generous paid time off complement the supportive work culture.
