The role of a Customer Support Specialist at Uline’s Kenosha branch is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering top-tier customer service. Specialists in this role are tasked with providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support to customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Training is comprehensive and designed to help employees sharpen their communication and problem-solving skills while becoming experts in Uline’s products and services.
Customer Support Specialists engage directly with customers via phone, email, and chat to process orders, resolve inquiries, and recommend products. This role requires an individual who is both service-oriented and solution-focused, able to navigate sophisticated technology platforms to assist customers efficiently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but willing to learn and be trained
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Must be able to work on-site at Kenosha branch
