The role of Customer Support Specialist at Uline’s California branch located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762, is a dynamic full-time position offering competitive pay ranging from $27 to $32 per hour plus a $2 shift differential. The working hours are from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be deeply involved in processing customer orders, recommending products, and managing account inquiries through world-class technology. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn with training provided
  • Ability to work full-time hours from 1:30 PM to 10 PM, including weekdays and weekends
  • Must complete pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must be able to work on-site at California branch

Job Qualifications
