The Customer Support Specialist position is based at the Kenosha branch, located at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144. This role is essential for maintaining Uline's legendary customer service reputation. It offers pay starting from $27 to $32 per hour, inclusive of a $2 shift differential, with significant growth and earning potential. This full-time position focuses on delivering fast, friendly, and customer-focused service by diving deep into order details and providing product knowledge that meets customer needs effectively.

As a Customer Support Specialist at Uline, you will be trained extensively to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer all inquiries related to products, pricing, and shipping with confidence. The role requires handling customer orders, making product recommendations, and managing account inquiries using world-class technology. Interaction with customers occurs through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat, helping build strong relationships and ensuring customers easily navigate Uline's website and online ordering system. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • prior customer service experience is a plus but willing to learn and be trained
  • ability to work onsite at Kenosha branch
  • ability to engage with customers via phone, email and chat
