The role we are currently offering is for a Customer Support Representative based in our corporate office in Akron, Ohio. This is an on-site position and essential to maintaining our high standard of customer service and operational efficiency. The Customer Support Representative will act as a pivotal link between clients and the services Refresh provides. The primary responsibilities include processing work order requests and responding to customer inquiries delivered via phone, email, and other online communication platforms. This position demands excellent communication skills, a friendly and respectful demeanor, and a strong ability to coordinate schedules effectively. Experience with dispatch or call center operations, while not mandatory, will be highly valued in candidates. Additionally, this role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $20, paid weekly through direct deposit, and is complemented by benefits such as paid time off and opportunities for advancement. Job Duties
