Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, managing a team of representatives handling inquiries about burrito products
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures specific to product lines
- Respond to complex customer issues related to product quality, delivery, or packaging
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to address customer feedback and improve product offerings
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations in all customer interactions
- Train customer service representatives on product knowledge, including nutritional information, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Manage relationships with key retail partners and distributors
