This role is designed for professionals eager to build a career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The position is scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a starting pay rate of $28 per hour. Compensation varies based on relevant experience, education, geographic location, and specific skills, with an expected base rate ranging from $27 to $42 per hour. Overtime compensation is also provided. Benefits for this role are comprehensive and geared towards ensuring employee well-being, including health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement savings plans, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability coverage, an employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.

The candidate will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales leadership and operational teams, and maintain contact with prospective customers primarily via email and phone. There is no travel requirement for this role, making it ideal for candidates seeking a primarily office-based position with significant impact on customer success and sales growth.
