This opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, a well-known fast-food restaurant specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine. As an independent business owner, this franchisee operates separately from Taco Bell Corp. and its affiliates, allowing them to set their own wage and benefit programs, which may vary from one location to another. In this role, you will function as a key team member responsible for operating the cash register and assisting with front-line food preparation tasks. Your daily activities will include taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, assisting in the preparation of menu items according to established specifications, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Maintaining a clean and inviting dining room, wiping tables promptly, and keeping the parking lot orderly are also important duties to promote a positive customer experience.

The position demands a combination of interpersonal skills and physical stamina. You must be neat, well-groomed, and capable of working with both customers and fellow employees in a friendly, respectful manner. Effective communication is essential, as you will be interacting directly with customers at the counter and in the drive-through.
