We are currently seeking driven Customer Service and Barista Front Of House Staff members to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Shift Runners, this full-time role requires a flexible schedule with availability on weekends and between 32-40 hours per week. Compensation starts at $15.25 per hour plus tips, complemented by a $22 daily shift meal, with additional benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days, sick time accrual, and a matching 401K plan after one year or 1,500 hours worked.
In this role, Front Of House Staff are responsible for preparing food and beverage products in an efficient, clean, and friendly manner. Employees must maintain a positive attitude, adhere to company policies, and prioritize an outstanding customer experience each day. Duties include sandwich and salad preparation, beverage making, order packaging and labeling, and ensuring a spotless and sanitary workspace in line with health and safety standards. The role demands effective communication and teamwork, especially with Shift Runners, for delegation and problem-solving. Candidates should be receptive to constructive feedback and actively participate in training to further develop their skill set.
