Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments
- Ensure order accuracy and quality product presentation
- Address guest questions and concerns in a friendly, timely manner
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable service area
- Keep front counter and service areas stocked and organized
- Clean dining room tables and floors, clean and restock restrooms as needed
- Follow all company uniform standards
- Maintain a positive, respectful work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
