- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in veterinary or emergency customer service beneficial
- availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

- Previous veterinary receptionist or customer service representative experience strongly preferred
- excellent communication and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Greet clients and pets with empathy and professionalism
- answer multi-line phone system and triage calls
- check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- handle payments, estimates, and explain services clearly to clients
- support clinical team by communicating effectively under pressure
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
