UniFirst is a leading provider in the garment services industry, boasting over 80 years of experience and a robust global presence. As a 2 billion-dollar organization, UniFirst serves more than 300,000 business customer locations across the United States, Canada, and Europe. UniFirst promotes a diverse and inclusive work environment where employees from different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences come together to contribute to company success.

UniFirst is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is essential as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently. The position follows a 5-day workweek schedule with weekends off, offering a balanced work-life arrangement. UniFirst provides comprehensive on-the-job training, supporting continuous learning through various platforms including the Service Certificate Program and an innovative online training center called The Learning Center. This commitment to professional development encourages team members to grow their skills and advance their careers within the company.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers by answering account, procedure, and service-related inquiries via telephone and email. In addition to addressing customer concerns, this role involves accounts receivable responsibilities such as managing outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving conflicts via the company’s escalation process. The representative also plays a supportive role to the Sales Department by providing administrative assistance and performing basic data entry along with other administrative tasks. Candidates who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities will find this role particularly rewarding.

UniFirst values teamwork, responsiveness, and professionalism in delivering top-tier customer service. The company encourages a culture where innovation and community spirit thrive, and where diversity is celebrated as a core element of success. Employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K with company match, profit sharing, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts among others. For those seeking a career with stability, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment, UniFirst offers an ideal setting. Joining UniFirst means becoming part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in customer service and personal career growth.
