The Customer Service Representative at Ashley Furniture serves as a vital front-line ambassador, creating positive experiences for every visitor who enters the store. Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
  • 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities
  • Maintain reliable attendance
  • Thrive in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
  • Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
  • Follow established cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally while escalating complex issues
  • Support management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and other store associates
