Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and email communications, Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, Manage customer credit applications and financing arrangements, Maintain accurate customer account information, Follow established cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions, Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management, Support operational audits and inventory processes, Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to ensure efficient store operations, Utilize point-of-sale and retail management software effectively, Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
