  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
  • One year of customer service, office, or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
  • Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently ensuring documentation and approvals
  • Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
  • Follow cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally escalating complex issues as needed
  • Support Management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare routine reports, and ensure paperwork is completed and filed
  • Work cooperatively with sales, merchandising, and store associates for seamless customer experience
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by management
