Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
- Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently ensuring documentation and approvals
- Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
- Follow cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally escalating complex issues as needed
- Support Management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate records, prepare routine reports, and ensure paperwork is completed and filed
- Work cooperatively with sales, merchandising, and store associates for seamless customer experience
- Utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management
