Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
  • 1 year of customer service, office, and administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain reliable attendance
  • Thrive in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally at the front desk
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
  • Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage customer accounts including credit applications and financing arrangements
  • Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
  • Support management with audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports
  • Collaborate with sales team and store associates to ensure seamless operations
  • Utilize point-of-sale and retail management software, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
