Job Description
ProClean Windows is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company dedicated to providing top-notch window cleaning services to residential customers. Known for our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, ProClean Windows has established itself as a trusted brand in the greater Sandy, UT area. We take pride in delivering exceptional service from the initial customer contact through to the final payment process, ensuring each client experiences professionalism, reliability, and outstanding results. Our company thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and individual accountability drive success and growth. We believe in fostering a workplace culture that not only meets but exceeds employee expectations through performance-driven incentives and meaningful career advancement opportunities.
We are currently seeking a Residential Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20, with potential weekly earnings up to $800, complemented by performance bonuses that are awarded quarterly and annually. The role is structured from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent schedule that supports work-life balance.
The Residential CSR is far from a passive front-desk role — it is a highly active, goal-oriented position critical to the success of ProClean Windows. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers, tasked with responding promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries. Your effectiveness in booking jobs and maintaining an 85% or higher booking rate on incoming leads will directly influence company growth and your eligibility for bonus compensation. In addition to lead management, you will enter job details into our CRM system, Jobber, ensuring precise data capture and scheduling efficiency.
A major responsibility includes optimizing technician routes to maximize productivity and reduce drive times, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will maintain consistent follow-up communications with past customers and those with open estimates, manage appointment confirmations, and log all client interactions meticulously. The role also requires you to handle any customer concerns with professionalism and to escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
Beyond customer interaction, the position demands administrative capabilities such as compiling weekly reports related to job costing, payment reconciliations, payroll approvals, and overdue invoice follow-ups, utilizing QuickBooks and other software tools. Your contribution to additional administrative duties will support the overall smooth functioning of the operation.
ProClean Windows is committed to an inclusive environment where every team member feels respected and valued. We provide ample opportunities for growth and career progression through internal promotions, recognizing dedicated employees who consistently deliver outstanding results. If you are someone with integrity, a positive mindset, excellent follow-through, and a genuine passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply and become a key member of our performance-focused team.
