Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • regular on-site presence is required
  • must be able to drive a variety of vehicles
  • must demonstrate the ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, walking, and entering/exiting vehicles
  • flexibility in working hours including shift work
  • willingness to work outdoors
  • basic computer proficiency
  • good verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • basic computer skills including typing and data entry
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • flexibility to work all shifts
  • ability to type, sit, stand, walk, and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
  • minimum 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist customers with rental and return processes outdoors on airport lots
  • check vehicles for condition and readiness
  • enter customer and vehicle information into handheld devices
  • process rentals for loyalty customers
  • manage customer interactions at exit gates
  • check-in returned vehicles and ensure proper parking
  • provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions
