As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class service to Uline's valued customers. Your responsibilities include processing customer orders, answering product questions, making recommendations, and resolving account inquiries using advanced technology. You will become a product and solutions expert, equipped with the knowledge to confidently address pricing, shipping, and product details. Communication is key as you build strong relationships through phone, email, and chat interactions. This role also requires helping customers navigate Uline’s online ordering system and website, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
