Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand and walk at least 75 percent of the shift
  • ability to talk in person or on the phone at least 75 percent of the shift
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30 percent of the time
  • availability for full-time or part-time work
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
  • handle front desk related tasks such as answering phone calls politely and assisting with questions or concerns
  • take information calls and provide tours
  • assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and update member account information
  • facilitate member services issues and questions and forward them to Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed
  • help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
  • communicate questions, concerns or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner
