Krasiva Windows & Doors is seeking friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join its outdoor lead generation team as Customer Outreach Representatives. This part-time role is ideal for people who love interacting with others, enjoy working outdoors, and want to represent a respected local brand. As a Customer Outreach Representative, your primary responsibility will be to meet homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to Krasiva's locally made, energy-efficient windows and doors. You will engage homeowners in conversation, answer basic questions about the products and services offered, and assist them in scheduling free, no-obligation estimates with the company’s design consultants. The role requires walking at least 3 miles daily within assigned local territories, making it perfect for those who enjoy staying active while working.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM, with no mandatory weekends unless you choose to work extra hours. The pay rate is competitive at $23.94 per hour plus performance bonuses, with weekly pay to provide timely financial benefits to employees. The job is suited for semi-retired individuals, adults with children in school seeking a convenient work schedule, or anyone motivated by challenges and eager to achieve targets. The work environment is casual, with a dress code that allows for comfortable and practical clothing, and a friendly atmosphere with supportive colleagues.

  • Must be able to walk a minimum of 3 miles per day

  • Must have a positive and outgoing personality
