Job Requirements

Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
Can occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
Able to push or pull with up to 20 pounds of force
Capable of bending and twisting at the waist for up to one hour per shift
Hand-eye coordination for handling objects and climbing ladders
Flexible availability to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Experience as a sales associate or cashier is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to advance in a retail career
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide friendly service
Run the cash register and process sales
Make purchase suggestions to customers
Participate in the store's food program
Maintain store appearance inside and outside
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
