Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- ability to type, sit, stand, walk, and move throughout rental lot for prolonged periods
- regular on-site presence required
- cannot perform this role remotely
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license
- basic computer skills including typing and data entry
- effective verbal communication skills
- willingness to work outdoors
- flexibility to work all shifts
- ability to drive various types of vehicles for extended periods
- at least six months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
Job Duties
- assist customers with the rental and return process on airport lots
- check cars for cleanliness and condition
- enter rental and return information into handheld devices
- process rentals for loyalty customers
- assist customers at exit gates
- check in vehicles at return
- provide excellent customer service
