Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced phone-based or customer-facing environment
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a single role
- Stable high-speed internet connection meeting minimum bandwidth requirements
- Private, quiet workspace free from distractions
- Comfortable ergonomic desk and chair setup
- Ability to work from home independently and stay motivated
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and remote work procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven customer service skills with patience and empathy
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 80 percent accuracy
- Ability to pass background screening and computer assessments
- Commitment to complete 100 percent of training within first 90 days
Job Duties
- Handle inbound calls from stranded customers needing roadside assistance for rental vehicles
- Assess situations to determine best solutions such as arranging towing or dispatching assistance
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely help
- Follow up with customers to guarantee safety and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
- Provide empathetic, effective customer support during emergencies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
