Job Requirements

  • Pass background screening upon offer of employment
  • Attend and complete 100 percent of training within the first 90 days
  • Have a private, quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Maintain a comfortable ergonomic setup with desk and chair
  • Have stable high-speed internet with minimum 10 Mbps downstream and 5 Mbps upstream
  • Be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in a virtual environment
  • Adapt to changing technologies and procedures while working remotely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven customer service skills with empathy and patience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 80 percent accuracy
  • Ability to pass computer assessment with score above 80 percent
  • Previous customer service experience of at least one year in phone-based or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Handle inbound calls from stranded customers needing roadside assistance for rental vehicles
  • Assess situations to determine appropriate solutions such as towing or dispatching roadside support
  • Coordinate with service providers for timely assistance
  • Follow up to ensure customer safety and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
  • Provide empathetic and patient customer service
  • Communicate clearly under stressful conditions
