Job Requirements
- Pass background screening upon offer of employment
- Attend and complete 100 percent of training within the first 90 days
- Have a private, quiet workspace free from distractions
- Maintain a comfortable ergonomic setup with desk and chair
- Have stable high-speed internet with minimum 10 Mbps downstream and 5 Mbps upstream
- Be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in a virtual environment
- Adapt to changing technologies and procedures while working remotely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven customer service skills with empathy and patience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 80 percent accuracy
- Ability to pass computer assessment with score above 80 percent
- Previous customer service experience of at least one year in phone-based or customer-facing roles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Handle inbound calls from stranded customers needing roadside assistance for rental vehicles
- Assess situations to determine appropriate solutions such as towing or dispatching roadside support
- Coordinate with service providers for timely assistance
- Follow up to ensure customer safety and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
- Provide empathetic and patient customer service
- Communicate clearly under stressful conditions
