Job Qualifications

1. Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles

Job Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels providing accurate product and service information
Develop quotes, proposals, and pricing per customer requirements and company policies
Manage the sales process including order entry, follow-ups, and timely delivery
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with current and potential customers
Collaborate with external sales, engineering, and production teams to meet customer expectations
Maintain detailed customer interaction and sales records in CRM systems
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and technical advancements
