The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in delivering excellent service that keeps customers returning. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, operating the cash register efficiently, making product suggestions to enhance the shopping experience, and occasionally assisting with the food program. This role involves working throughout the store and in outdoor areas to ensure impeccable store appearance and provide prompt, friendly service.
