The Customer Service Representative role within the Ventura Service Center at Caliber Collision is an essential position focused on delivering extraordinary service to both internal teams and external customers. This role involves direct interaction with customers by greeting and assisting them throughout their service experience. The representative is expected to manage the workflow volume, coordinate efficiently with rental car and tow companies, and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance partner requirements concerning authorizations, billing processes, and load level management. - 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
