This role is for a part-time Customer Service Representative position based at the Cary location, offering flexible shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to customers, ensuring the store operates smoothly, and that customers leave satisfied. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • retail or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds repeatedly
  • ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
  • ability to push and/or pull with arms up to 20 pounds force
  • ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
  • ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects
  • flexible availability including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
