The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at Mom's Meals is a vital position that serves as the first point of contact for customers placing meal orders. The incumbent acts as a key liaison between the clients and the company, ensuring an excellent customer experience by efficiently processing orders and addressing any queries or concerns. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively manage inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with their orders, and maintain detailed records of interactions. The CSR must work diligently to confirm that all assigned clients have active orders on file and collaborate as needed with case managers to handle unique client situations.
This position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, with weekly paychecks, paid time off (PTO), and comprehensive benefits available after 30 days of employment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with potential overtime beginning at 7:00 am, providing both structure and opportunity for additional hours. Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Job Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order
- Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
- Document all conversations with client into client information database
- Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
- Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
