Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Availability to work days and Saturdays up to 20 hours per week
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work environment
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to perform quality control checks accurately
- Ability to follow company packaging guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous industry experience is preferred but not required
- Continually pursue opportunities to expand industry knowledge base and seek better ways to improve the Urban Valet customer experience
- Keep work areas neat, clean, and orderly
- Possess the ability to communicate well
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Be resourceful, organized, flexible, adaptable, and responsible
Job Duties
- Wait on incoming customers picking items up from Urban Valet retail locations
- Perform quality checks to ensure established quality standards are met
- Assemble garments with the proper customer invoice
- Package customer orders based on customer specifications and packaging guidelines established by Urban Valet management
- Maintain efficient workflow processes
- Uphold all company quality standards
- Perform additional duties at the direction of the Store Manager
- Support the organizational goals of the company
- Cultivate a supportive work culture
