Job Description

Million Air is a premier fixed base operator (FBO) in the aviation services industry, known for its outstanding commitment to customer service and hospitality. With a motto that reflects their high standards - "We are Ladies and Gentlemen, serving Ladies and Gentlemen" - Million Air prides itself on delivering professional, courteous, and personalized service that consistently exceeds customer expectations. The company values its team members as vital contributors to its legacy of excellence and focuses on cultivating a work environment where individuals' unique strengths and talents are nurtured and celebrated. As a well-respected name in the industry, Million Air emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and quality in every interaction with customers, pilots, and team members alike. This approach helps maintain its reputation as a trusted and welcoming destination for aviation clients and partners.

The Customer Service Representative role at Million Air is central to delivering the exceptional service the company is known for. This position is responsible for managing the daily frontline interactions with customers and pilots, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience from start to finish. Employees in this role serve as ambassadors for Million Air, greeting customers warmly, anticipating their needs before they are expressed, and providing concierge-level services that foster customer loyalty and satisfaction. The role requires a professional and upbeat attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the company’s products and service offerings. Responsibilities include everything from making reservations and invoicing to recording customer preferences within the Million Air CSI system, as well as ensuring that the hospitality environment, including the hospitality bar and FBO amenities, is well maintained and welcoming.

Working as a Customer Service Representative demands adaptability, as the job includes shift work with evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules, reflecting the fast-paced nature of the aviation industry. The ideal candidate thrives in environments that require quick thinking, a proactive approach, and a commitment to going above and beyond for customers. Additionally, the role involves close coordination with the line service team to meet and exceed service expectations. Physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds are typical, alongside exposure to the dynamic environment of an active airport, including interaction with moving aircraft and varying weather conditions.

Million Air is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed in their roles. The company also emphasizes a drug-free workplace policy and requires candidates to maintain an insurable driving record and pass background checks. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and contributes fundamentally to the overall success and reputation of Million Air as a leader in aviation hospitality.
