- 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Adaptability to work through competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
