Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or approved equivalent
- Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
- Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills
- Organized with excellent communication skills and a personable attitude
- Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
Job Duties
- Provide a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions
- Use multiple computer systems and adapt to change
- Build rapport and relationships with clients
- Adhere to federal regulations and bank policies including Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations
