Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or approved equivalent
  • Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
  • Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills
  • Organized with excellent communication skills and a personable attitude
  • Previous work experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations

Job Duties

  • Provide a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service
  • Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions
  • Use multiple computer systems and adapt to change
  • Build rapport and relationships with clients
  • Adhere to federal regulations and bank policies including Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations
