The Customer Services Representative position is a vital role within our organization, reporting directly to the President. This role involves providing comprehensive clerical support to our Customer Service department and assisting the Business Unit Manager in various operational tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering customer purchase orders into our ERP system, processing vendor invoices, and managing documentation related to contracts and job folders. They will also generate shipment performance reports, update customer quality alerts, and assist production planning by preparing work order packets. Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential as the role includes adjusting order details based on customer updates and researching billing issues to deliver effective solutions. Additionally, this position requires maintaining customer portals, project status updates, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality while supporting various administrative duties including receptionist phone tasks as needed. Job Duties
- Provide clerical support to the Customer Service department

- Initiate and update customer quality alerts
- Assist production planning with shop packets for work orders
- Update and maintain logs, scorecards, and reports
