Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of both indoor and outdoor station areas, handling product stocking and inventory management, and preparing food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations. Staff are trained to promote store specials and marketing programs actively, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age for California and Oregon locations
- Must be at least 21 years of age for Washington locations, night shifts, and management positions
- Available to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight, and holidays
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, lift, push and move products using proper techniques
- Experience with food preparation and sanitation procedures
- Must follow safety and security policies
- Must maintain punctual and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in English to understand policies, safety training and job instructions
- Effective communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise good judgment
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Possess up-to-date food handling certificates where required by law
- Cooking or restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community at large
- Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with CSI image standards
- Support and follow established safety, security, quality guidelines as well as CSI’s policies, procedures, practices, and programs
- Report accidents or incidents to the manager immediately
- Preserve safety of self, fellow employees, and all others in the work location by utilizing the CSI Loss Prevention process
- Ensure food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations including proper sanitation, food handling, preparation, storage and disposal procedures
- Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for age restricted products
- Work professionally with vendors and contractors
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Follow proper kitchen and sanitation procedures during cooking of KKC products
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking all customers with eye contact
- Conduct point-of-sale activities accurately and safely adhering to CSI guidelines
- Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation each shift
- Clean indoor and outdoor station areas including restrooms and car wash
- Prepare food and hot beverage products
- Manage ExtraMile or KKC foodservice products to maximize sales and minimize loss
- Promote store specials and marketing programs
- Cross-check prices of delivered goods for accuracy
- Organize delivered goods throughout the store and ensure stocked shelves
- Observe local law in fuel tank activation and filling (Oregon only)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
