- Track open orders and communicate timely updates to customers
- Coordinate order completion and prepare shipments, including necessary documentation
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, or product issues and recommend solutions
- Support internal sales teams with order updates and customer needs
- Maintain and update customer records, including new account setup and shipping details
- Review order backlogs and collaborate with internal teams to improve turnaround times
- Prepare and organize production-related documentation and job details
- Maintain organized records, reports, and filing systems
- Assist with shop floor or operational support tasks when needed
