Job Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels while building strong working relationships
  • Process incoming orders, generate sales and production documentation, and confirm details with customers
  • Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Track open orders and communicate timely updates to customers
  • Coordinate order completion and prepare shipments, including necessary documentation
  • Resolve customer concerns related to orders, billing, or product issues and recommend solutions
  • Support internal sales teams with order updates and customer needs
  • Maintain and update customer records, including new account setup and shipping details
  • Review order backlogs and collaborate with internal teams to improve turnaround times
  • Prepare and organize production-related documentation and job details
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and filing systems
  • Assist with shop floor or operational support tasks when needed
