Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • occasional ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
  • ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, including climbing a ladder when needed
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • retail or customer service experience
  • availability to work evening shifts
  • part-time availability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • retail and customer service experience preferred
  • sales associate or cashiering experience beneficial
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • motivated to advance career
  • willingness to learn and engage with team members

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
  • make purchase suggestions to customers
  • work with the food program when required
  • maintain store appearance by performing tasks inside and outside the store
  • provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • collaborate with team members to accomplish daily store goals
