This position is for a Customer Service Representative at Uline, with pay ranging from $27 to $32 per hour including a $2 shift differential. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly, and customer-focused service that meets and exceeds the expectations of Uline’s clientele. As a Customer Service Representative, you will become a product and solutions expert, mastering the knowledge necessary to answer complex questions related to product offerings, pricing, and shipping logistics using world-class technology. You will process customer orders, provide tailored product recommendations, handle account inquiries, and assist customers in navigating Uline’s comprehensive website and ordering platform. This job requires active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication skills to build and sustain strong business relationships over the phone, email, and chat.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to work on-site at Kenosha branch
  • Must pass pre-employment hair follicle drug screening

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
