Currently, HomePro is looking to expand its vibrant team by hiring a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative. This full-time position operates on a 10 AM to 7 PM schedule with Sundays off, offering a balance between work and personal time. The role is designed for someone who loves technology and delivering outstanding customer care. As a Customer Service Representative at HomePro, you will be the friendly face and trusted expert for customers, helping them navigate through a variety of home technology products and services. You will manage orders efficiently, respond to inquiries with clear and helpful information, and resolve any issues or complaints creatively to ensure customers remain satisfied and loyal. This role demands excellent communication skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to provide seamless service.
