The Customer Service Representative role at Uline is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive pay range from $25 to $30 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. The role is critical as representatives act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering Uline’s legendary service by managing customer orders and providing product expertise. This position involves using innovative technology to process orders efficiently, responding to inquiries promptly, and making personalized product recommendations while building long-term business relationships. Representatives serve customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the navigation of Uline’s online platforms.

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
  • Be a product and solutions expert

  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
