Employees must be prepared for physical demands like standing and walking for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving products safely. The role requires the use of personal protective equipment when handling high-temperature equipment, continuous attention to personal cleanliness, and the ability to work in varying temperature conditions such as coolers and outdoor settings.

CSI offers both full-time and part-time shifts at competitive pay rates ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 hourly.
