Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California and Oregon locations
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Washington locations or graveyard shift
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older for management positions
  • Availability for varied shift times including nights and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods on hard and uneven surfaces
  • Ability to bend, lift, push, and move products using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work safely with high temperature equipment using protective equipment
  • Ability to handle exposure to outdoor conditions and walk-in coolers
  • Must comply with all CSI policies and safety training
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in English to understand policies and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise judgment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law
  • Cooking or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain courteous, professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and community at large
  • Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with CSI image standards
  • Support and follow established safety, security, quality guidelines and company policies
  • Report accidents or incidents to management immediately
  • Preserve safety using CSI Loss Prevention processes
  • Ensure food safety hygiene and proper sanitation, handling, preparation, storage, and disposal
  • Follow legal standards for carding age-restricted products
  • Work professionally with vendors and contractors
  • Maintain punctual and regular attendance
  • Follow proper kitchen and sanitation procedures for food products
  • Provide exceptional guest service with courteous greetings and eye contact
  • Conduct point-of-sale transactions accurately and safely
  • Maintain cash drawer limits and secure funds
  • Perform station cleaning including restrooms, pumps, and car wash
  • Prepare food and beverages managing inventory levels
  • Promote store specials and marketing programs
  • Verify accuracy of delivered goods and shelf stocking
  • Observe local laws for fuel dispensing
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
