Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or GED
- two to four years' relevant experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- valid driver's license
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- availability to work variable schedules and weekends
- must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- must comply with FAA and DOT guidelines
Job Qualifications

- associate's degree preferred
- experience in a dynamic, multitasking environment
- two to four years' relevant experience
- strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- valid driver's license
- proficiency in basic math
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- typing speed of 40 to 60 words per minute
- professional appearance
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Job Duties
- assist and provide pilots and passengers with fuel orders
- provide online times and notices of arrivals and departures
- give verbal and written directions
- make vehicle rental reservations
- make hotel and catering arrangements
- handle personal vehicles and aircraft keys
- communicate over telephone, radio, email, and fax
- enter data related to invoicing, payment processing, and fuel records
- assist with general cleaning and stocking pilot and passenger areas
