Job Requirements

  • a high school diploma or GED
  • two to four years' relevant experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance
  • availability to work variable schedules and weekends
  • must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • must comply with FAA and DOT guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • a high school diploma or GED
  • associate's degree preferred
  • experience in a dynamic, multitasking environment
  • two to four years' relevant experience
  • strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • valid driver's license
  • proficiency in basic math
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • typing speed of 40 to 60 words per minute
  • professional appearance
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Duties

  • assist and provide pilots and passengers with fuel orders
  • provide online times and notices of arrivals and departures
  • give verbal and written directions
  • make vehicle rental reservations
  • make hotel and catering arrangements
  • handle personal vehicles and aircraft keys
  • communicate over telephone, radio, email, and fax
  • enter data related to invoicing, payment processing, and fuel records
  • assist with general cleaning and stocking pilot and passenger areas
