Job Requirements
- Flexible availability
- ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
- lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for 30 minutes during a shift
- occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
- grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands requiring eye-hand coordination
- reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail and customer service experience preferred
- sales associate or cashiering experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and have fun
- motivation to advance in career
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- run the register and process transactions efficiently
- make purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience
- work with the store’s food program occasionally
- maintain high store appearance standards both inside and outside
- provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- collaborate with team members to accomplish daily store tasks
